Max is a technology and operations expert, currently Managing Director at Assured Technologies, with nearly five years at Assured Europe. He has extensive experience in process optimization, IT, and quality management, having held leadership roles at arwe CarRental Service GmbH and Foxway Germany. Maximilian holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Technology and Management from Technische Universität München (TUM), specializing in operations, supply chain, and industrial robotics.
Thea Birgitte Forsmo
Thea is a mobility and strategic development specialist. Previously at Avinor, she was responsible for nationwide mobility strategies and managed significant parking operations at three of Norway’s four largest airports. At Hertz Norway, Thea held senior leadership roles, driving strategic initiatives across management consulting, digital transformation, product innovation, and operational excellence. She also managed key commercial partnerships and represented Hertz as a Board Member at the Norwegian Car Rental Association.
